Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using HAL CRM, you agree to these terms. This system is for authorized Knights of Columbus Council 2951 members and guests.

2. Non-Commercial Purpose — No Commercial Marketing or Lead Generation

Knights of Columbus Council 2951 is a nonprofit 501(c)(8) fraternal organization. This platform is used exclusively for internal member administration, fraternal communications, and council event management.

This service does not engage in commercial marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or third-party promotions of any kind. No member data is sold, traded, or transferred to any outside organization for any commercial purpose.

All SMS messaging is limited to one-time login verification codes and direct fraternal communications sent exclusively to verified council members who have opted in.

3. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

When you opt-in to our messaging service, you agree to the following:

Message Frequency: You will receive recurring fraternal updates and event reminders. Message frequency varies.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Help: Text HELP for assistance or email info@kofc2951.org.
Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message.
Carrier Non-Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data Sharing: Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.

4. User Conduct

Users must not use the system for unlawful purposes, harassment, or unauthorized data scraping. Access is via Google OAuth; you are responsible for your account security.

5. AI Assistant

The AI assistant (HAL) provides information for convenience. Official council decisions should be verified through the Grand Knight or Financial Secretary.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
