This platform is operated exclusively by Knights of Columbus Council 2951, a nonprofit 501(c)(8) fraternal organization. We collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number during registration. For Google OAuth users, we collect your email and profile information to provide secure access.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely to deliver one-time login verification codes and direct fraternal council communications to verified council members.
No mobile opt-in data, SMS consent information, or any personal data collected through this platform will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any outside organization for any purpose.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
This platform does not engage in commercial marketing, lead generation, or any form of third-party data sharing for promotional purposes.
HAL CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain data as long as your account is active. You may opt-out of SMS at any time by texting STOP. For email unsubscribes, use the link provided in any council email.
