We collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number during registration. For Google OAuth users, we collect your email and profile information to provide secure access.
Mobile phone numbers collected for the purpose of SMS are gathered via an explicit opt-in process.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
HAL CRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain data as long as your account is active. You may opt-out of SMS at any time by texting STOP. For email unsubscribes, use the link provided in any council email.
